It is the first of Schultz’s four books, three of which are about Starbucks’ growth. One of them is Onward: How Starbucks Fought for Its Life without Losing Its Soul. She once worked for Business Week, first as an international business editor in New York, and then as a bureau manager in Hong Kong and Seattle.
