Author : Edith Eger

Ms. Edith Eva Eger is an Auschwitz survivor. She was just 16 years old when she ended up in the concentration camp. Later, she became a Doctor of Psychology. As a clinical psychologist, she made and developed her Choice Therapy, which has helped many people regain control over their lives. Edith also serves as a consultant for the US Army and Navy in resiliency training and PTSD treatment. She often works as a motivational speaker in the United States and around the world.
